Shirley Fagen Rossman, 88, passed away peacefully in the loving company of her family in Napa on June 24, 2009. She was a native of Chicago, Ill., born June 16, 1921, and was a registered nurse who served our country as an Army Nurse during World War II. Shirley received her nursing degree from the University of Chicago.
